Our approach to the planning and organization of each wedding is individual, but the principles and conditions for cooperation are the same. On this page we will tell you how we work.
Process of cooperation.
One of our managers will respond to you within 24 hours. It is important that you specify your approximate wedding budget, means the amount you wish to invest in the organization of your wedding in Italy. Just knowing your budget, we understand, what location, what area and what level of providers we can offer you to maximize in the best way our offer.
We will send you our packages of services for the wedding ceremony in the region (city) you are interested in. You choose the one that suits your interests.
We send you the contract, you sign it and authorize us to plan, to organize and to conduct your wedding in Italy.
You provide for the deposit of € 150 (one hundred and fifty euros) needed for the launch of the services of the package. This point of cooperation is very important for such serious company like our company is, because it enables us to provide services only to those who respect our work, time and therefore to exclude not serious-minded clients, thus saving valuable time for the provision of services to other couples.
Your personal wedding planner will be constantly in touch with you available via email and via Skype before wedding, she/he will be fully coordinate the wedding day and she/he will be responsible for the quality of provided services.
The service for selection of the venue of a symbolic ceremony and / or banquet (villa, castle, hotel, manor, etc.) is free of charge and it is exclusively subject to the prior deposit and a minimum order volume of the services listed in the Package "Emerald".
From 15 April to 15 October, as minimum the services included in the Package “Ruby” have to be ordered.
Form and terms of payment.
Final estimates of the wedding depends on the total volume of services, month, day of the week and even the time of the ceremony. Significant impact on the estimates have site selection, the number of invited guests, the number of hours of work of photographer and cameraman, decoration celebration, entertainment, etc ..
After final confirmation of all services, we will send you the pro-forma invoice.
The deposit payment of 50% to 70% (by prior agreement) of the total amount of the services will be required by the deadline specified in the invoicet. The remaining amount is payable within 10 (ten) calendar days prior to the event by wire transfer or directly on arrival in Italy in cash (subject to prior agreement of both parties).

Alternative forms of payment are international money transfer systems: PayPal, Western Union, Ria Contact.
- 150 (one hundred and fifty) Euro will be kept by our company in the case of cancellation of the package up to the prepayment of 50% -70% deposit.
- In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services after the payment of the deposit and 30 days prior wedding day, we keep the amount of actual costs incurred at the time of cancelled services.
- In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services from 30 to 10 days prior wedding day, we keep all the deposit.
- In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services from 10 days prior wedding day up to the wedding day or in the case of “no show”, the total amount will be kept as a penalty.
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations under the contract in the case of force majeures.
Force majeures do not release you from the obligation to pay for services already provided by us.
Force majeures can not be considered your personal problems that hinder the implementation of planned wedding ceremony.
